I'm Adedotun.
Data-driven Software Engineer.
My passion for web development ignited in secondary school (2016/2017), sparking a self-taught journey. After a brief detour to work at the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF), I returned to learning, overcoming roughly 3 years of "tutorial hell" to build a strong foundation. I ultimately resigned from OSGF in August 2024 to focus on my software engineering career full time.
In October 2022, I joined MigranX (ProServants) as a Front-End Engineer, where I played a key role in developing three mobile applications: the shopping, seller, and driver apps, focusing on the shopping and driver apps. This experience honed my collaborative skills and mobile development expertise.
Joining SeamlessVisa in July 2023, I embraced TypeScript to build a sophisticated immigration application software. I developed features like AI-powered risk assessment, input validation, and error detection, all backed by immigration attorneys. Notably, I also contributed to FiBi, an AI-driven immigration interview preparation assistant, for which I developed a dedicated mobile application. These projects showcased my ability to create complex, data-driven solutions that solve real-world problems.
Beyond professional roles, I've built websites for diverse clients in media, home-care, and travel agencies. I also enjoy exploring new technologies by developing personal mobile apps, such as a plant identification app and my portfolio app, using Expo and the GitHub API. I am a dedicated learner, passionate about building innovative and impactful solutions.
